Walk-ins are welcome, but we strongly recommend booking online to guarantee your spot — especially on weekends, school holidays and during peak hours (after 3PM).
Monday to Friday: 10AM–6PM. Saturday: 10AM–6PM. Sunday: 10AM–4PM. We are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
ZunoPlay is designed for children aged 5–12. Our softplay area caters to ages 5–9, and our arena space is suitable for ages 5 and up. Children under 5 are welcome in our junior zone with parental supervision.
Off Peak applies to weekdays during term time before 3PM. Peak pricing applies to weekends, school holidays, bank holidays, and weekdays after 3PM. Check our Pricing page for full details.
Outside food is not permitted in the play areas. Our Zuno Cafe offers a great range of hot and cold food, drinks, and snacks for both kids and adults. Baby food, bottles, and items for specific dietary requirements are welcome.
Comfortable clothing is recommended. The softplay area is a socks-only zone — shoes must be removed before entering. We provide free grip socks if needed. For the arena, trainers are recommended.
Sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations will receive credit for a future session. Party bookings require 7 days' notice for a full refund.
Yes — there's loads of parking available right outside! You get up to 3 hours free, or up to 5 hours free if you scan the QR code once you're booked in.

Yes, ZunoPlay is fully wheelchair accessible with step-free entry, accessible toilets, and changing facilities. Please let us know in advance if you require any additional support — we're happy to help.
